Cake Mix Cookies

Yesterday I got a craving for cookies! So I started looking around online for recipes and found one for Cake Mix Cookies. So easy! Just take a box of cake mix from your storage, add two eggs and 1/3 cup of veggie oil. It forms a dough, then spoon out onto a cookie sheet and cook at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

  So yummy and have the consistency of a brownie! My favorite cake mix to use is the funfetti kind, or chocolate. You can add whatever else you want as well - chocolate chips, nuts, etc. Such an easy dessert that tastes amazing!
